Ok, ive already made a group for pocket legend's players to make trading life easier, but now i want to suggest making it far easier to get help from support at sts,
please feel free to delete this topic if you feel its a louzy suggestion, or if you wanted me to be in the live support group then id love to help out.
- the idea is that STS make a palringo group called something like STS Live Support this way instead of memebers having to submit a ticket the support group can handle multiple queries at once, of course they might get a little busy, which is why it would be better for more members (dont have to be support) like Guardians of Alterra to handle questions that can be fixed without the help of support or just helping people around pocket legends.
There should be two help patterns,
1. Go to the palringo group if there are no moderators or administrators in the group then
2. go to the help/support centre and submit a ticket. or if the supporter in palringo tells you its a matter which will take time to fix then go submit a ticket.
this will give members at PL more of a chance at getting their problems sorted at a high pace, not to mention support getting their jobs done a lot quicker.
the palringo group can have rules, such as problems which dont involve coding/ bug fixing.
so if you had a bug problem with your pl then the best way to get it through would be through the support centre, live support on pl can redirect them if possible.
another should be the groups.
3 groups Administrators for Devs of the game
Moderators for the support/mods/admins of the game
and VIP for guardians of the game, or anarchists.
