Weapon procs

Hello guys, I have a doubt about weapons proc. Does the weapon proc damage can be increased? If yes, is it increased by the damage stat or your main stat (I mean, STR, DEX, INT)?

there are different types procs:
- depends on damage (including %bossdmg and %elitedmg)
- depends only on %damage which u get from pets/elixirs + %bd + %ed but doesnt depends on ur DMG stat
- some procs doesnt depend on anything and always deal same damage
- reflects (depends on dmg taken, other things dont affect it)
- spirit weaps (depends on lvl of weapon, DMG or main stat dont affect it)
- mythic hammer lvl47/51 (it says depends on owner's hp, never checked)
- idk maybe something else, forgot..
