New Shield as a pvp reward?

I saw Samhayne with what looked a white Spooky Shield
I asked him & he said it'd be a reward to a pvp tournament(something like that) & to look at the forums under pvp, I can't find it though...
Anybody know anything about this?

The skull and crossbones shield was an exclusive deal of the day for Halloween (with an orange background). I nabbed the black and white version of it for use with PvP tournaments.
