Took the survey last month but I haven't received anything. Do I need to do anything else besides the survey to get the free platinums?

Did you enter your email address that you use for your PL account in the box at the end of the survey, and double-check to make sure it was spelled correctly before submitting? If so, you shouldn't have to do anything else.
