This generally happens randomly. The play of it is you are wanting to trade someone, they send trade inv and when you join it says they leave but in their screen it shows they are in trade with you as you are outside the trade. When they leave trade and try to retrade the same thing happens. The only fix to this was to remap or relog. Here is a video of it.

He does not have me on ignore. We both were talking during this, I encounter this bug alot with people.

Just restart the game,i got the glitch too before

I experienced that twice before. The solution is restarting the game or maybe try trading again. It is a minor glitch.
