trade window shows wrong stats

my armor is 10.032, one guy is selling armor and i wanted check stats with his armor, i've looked at his armor in trade window and at stats which it gives to me, so it showed me 10.999 (+12) (but my real armor stat isnt 10.999-12, its much lower, as i said before)
checked it 3 times ...

Yeah someone did that to me too they use elixir and buffs
