How to Join:
--Register your mage on forums by entering yourself in the list of tournaments under competition section here:

--Write in this post your Level, Forum name, and In Game Name.


When to play:

--Tournament will begin when 32 mages have officially registered. You will have several days to find your match with the opponent the bracket generator randomly matches you up against.
Matches need to be completed and a screen capture posted on the forums within 7 days of the previous; You need 2 winning screen shots per match to advance, they must be uploaded here.


Scorekeeping:

--We'll keep track of the tournament via the Competition tracker.
--First Mage to successfully win 2 rounds vs. the opponent wins. To win a match you must defeat your opponent 10 times, the player that wins twice advances to the next round.


RULES:

1) Keep it clean.
2) Beginning the match before both sides are accounted for and agree to go will void the match.
3) Games must be passworded and agreed to be official by both parties.
4) There will be no rushing, both players must wait for the other to be ready and say go after each fight including the first.
5) The match must go to ten regardless of the opponents score, quitting an official match once started will result in a forfeit, thus a loss for that match.
6) All matches must be played on the same map which is Forest Fight.
7) Enchantress only, Int, Str, and Dex classes are allowed but must be mage.

I became a pally because of you absolute. First time I saw how easily a pally could kill in nuri, so I changed. Became a pally and got better but ever since the mount fang came out I couldn't afford decent gear:(
In nuri, I had big top but even then big top was kinda good as didn't let me down. Right now the only gear you CAN pvp in is crafted. Without it you dont stand much of a chance in winning. Absolute in supporting you as well as the mages in NAL who enter. I hope one of you guys win

I'm moving at the end of this month, about to start a new job in January for my work term, and have some real life issues (I have been sick for the past few days and had to have an exam deferred), so I'll be somewhat busy. Not to mention, I have not been on much since the end of November and am really rusty, faring poorly the last time I tried to play against opponents that in most cases, I knew I could win, making rather novice mistakes.

Crazy day at GF's Parents. Guys the game won't open, it keeps saying connecting to server.... and I'm also going to politely ask that next time there's a tourney that the rules are fully explained so that people can't bend them to their liking or for say leav mid-fight because there power went away... no names to mention, you know who you are. Also that there is no jumping which is saying go then getting close to the other player while they're typing and as soon as they say go you quickly buff and kill before they have time to react (also no names mention, but you also know who you are).

To everyone out there, Is it jumping a match when BOTH parties say go and then one party late mana shields. Late mana is a tactic to some so to void an entire match for both parties saying go doesnt seem so just imo. So do we have to say go twice? when does the go stop? How do I know when someone is using it as a tactic or not? This should be decided on before any other matches proceed.

Regardless, trick, good fight. I just wished it had happened a bit diferently.

Tomorrow is another day. This will not be an issue with me as I dont hold grudges, but for my next match I request a judge not in the tourney as others did not have to have a judge present nor one in the semi finals.

Eden saying stop mid-fight because you're buffs ran out and then coincedentally "lagging out" then saying "oh bs my buffs ran out" isn't a lag out it's a way to avoid death.... and when one party says go then gets close to the other party before they say go then immiediatley pouncing on them is considered a rush and not a "fair fight" and after you did it once we stated that then, you just did it again.. oh well you'll learn one day i suppose. I'll be back next tourney eden and you wont dodge all my fires and drains next time -.-..... ily and good luck dealing with rush if it is you eden lol, he's a pain.

Really?? Thank you Alwaysdtf. I've always looked up to you as a pally. I think I've improved since I've changed to pally. When I was a wander in sewers I had an amazing 200 kills and 700 deaths. I've caught up A LOT since then. It's really too bad that I find pure int mages the hardest in game to kill... And a question, does the vanity set make much of a difference? Since I don't have any of the pieces of the lvl capped set. Some people at there is a big advantage to having it but I'm not sure. I hope it doesn't affect the stats to much because most of the people you see in all the pvp games have at least 2 pieces to this set. Bears, birds, mages, you name it all have this set. Sadly, I've got no plat to try to get anywhere as halfway to the lvl cap. So annoying:/

@eden- I know, I was a bad sport. I hate to lose. Ping sucks I can't control it. Got a lot of real life problems now as well as all my other friends in game quitting. Sorry for the inconvenience, hopefully we can play a fun match soon. Good luck in the finals :)
