They drop from bosses with red circles only right? Been running forever on hardcore in (elite and normal)nordr/tindirin, literally not a single one dropped ? Am I just super unlucky, or do they not drop or something? Or drop rate is super high?

I respec STS, but they probs forgot to put them in elite zones cos they're always in a rush.
