+ Level-up yourself and your Spirit Gear in the Festerfang Swamp.
+ Get the Croc Spirit Hulk Hunter's Elixir in the Store for a chance to spawn the Croc Spirit Hulk.
+ Only one person in your party needs the Croc Spirit Hulk Hunter's Elixir active for there to be a chance that he will spawn.
+ Loot the Hero's Fighting Spirit Crate for Epic and Legendary Level 71 Equipment, Mireguard Set items and a chance for Heroic Oconi.

It usually takes a few hours before it shows up - it's been approved and released.

Futumsh, all the ebon weaps reflection seems broken, not getting any more reflection even though the procs shows, unless u guys have changed the mechanics which is not reflected in your patch notes.

Reflection fix is going out now, level scaling wasn't being handled properly for zones under 71 that scale mobs to over 71.

How about ebon armor for rogues with warior runs sometimes whole runs not igniting the proc because of high taunt chance of warior.

The buffs from the locations still work, just the icons were removed, since they're permanently on. In some cases people were getting to having more buffs than could be displayed there, and there's no situational value in seeing ones that you always have.

There's a good chance he/she used a translator which will totally mangle what's being said.

It's easy to decipher what's being said, especially since it is a well documented/ commented on complaint.

How long is the cooldown now on iOS devices? The cooldown used to be very quick, like under 15min, and it's much longer now.
