What happend to the level 65 level booster?

I recently bought the level 65 pack and i did get leveled up no trouble with that but now the guy is gone, now the expansion is coming up will there be a new vendor? And more importantly, will i get to 70 instantly? Because i did pay 500 platinum for 65 so i should get 70 for free otherwise it will be unfair since it costs 1k plat for me and 500 for people that never bought it before

Its probably gone because you have already purchased. There will most likely be another vendor for the upcoming expansion.
And why do you think you're entitled to a free lv70? You stated in your first sentence you got what you paid for, no trouble.
I think thats a weird statement, because if it would work like that you should get max lv every expansion because "its unfair"
Sadly it doesnt work that way.

Cheers,No its removed otherwise it would just say you are already level 65+ but the thing is just that if i bought it later i would be level 70 now i am level 65 for the same price (probably same)

Most likely it's been removed to prevent people from buying it now, as the expansion is near and level 70 pack is coming soon. Otherwise many people will demand for free level-up to 70 like you.

On the bright side it's double XP next week, AND on top of that you can get +50% XP elixir by watching ads. Do the daily quests, then use the elix before turning them all in at once you'll level in no time.

Your timing was unfortunate - you could write to support making your case and asking for a refund & the change to be revoked and your plat back (forum isn't the place for that) but chances are very slim as you got what you paid for, and tbh you could probably be level 71 by the time they even reply to your ticket.
