wuts the best lvl for a twink pvp mage?

i want to know wut lvl i should keep my twink mage for pvp?
wut kinda gear & Build
combos and other tips for a good pvp exprience on mage^^

If you can't spend at least 300k, do level 25/26. If you CAN spend 300k, do a voodoo Mage.

SC = Sand Cave (Earthquake, Crystalline, Onyx)

Level 26 gear:
SC wand(or lv25 toyman)
SC wing
SC robe
Sniper Avian Helm (level 25 pink dex helm)
Level 20 armor ring (+8 armor, +1 M/S, +1 H/S)

Level 26 Stats:
55 Int, rest into dex (I think 79)

Basic Outline for 26 Build:
Simple version:
6 BOV, 6BOM, 1 Ice, 1 fire, 1 heal, 6 light, 1 Mana shield, 3 extra points. (extra points go to either fire or heal)

Hard version(my person outline):
6 BOM, 5 BOV, 5 drain, 1 heal, 1 mana shield, 4 fire, 1 ice, 0 lightning, 3 extra points. (extra points go to either drain, fire, or lightning)

Expensive set:
Voodoo Helm
Voodoo Fire Pin
Voodoo Robe
Mamboza's Swamp Juice (or brainfreeze eye for more armor)
Either level 20 damage ring (8 Damage, 2 crit) or level 20 armor ring (8 armor, 1 M/S, 1 H/S)

Cheap Set:
Frog crown(looks like a frog ok your head)
Brainfreeze robe (or mamboza robe for more crit, less survivability)
Voodoo fire pin
Brainfreeze eye
(same rings, armor would be best on this set, due to lower armor then voodoo)

Level 35 Stats:
112 Int, 67 Dex

Basic Level 35 Build Outline:
Balanced outline:
6 BOV, 6 BOM, 2 heal, 5 drain, 5 fire, 1 ice, 5 lightning, 1 mana shield, 3 extra points. (extra points go into either heal, drain, fire, ice or lightning)

Kite/nuke outline:
6 BOM, 6 BOV, 6 drain, 1 heal, 5 fire, 5 ice, 1 mana shield, 0 lightning, 4 extra points. (extra points go into fire, heal, ice or lightning)

im using the balanced outline build and m wondering how i should use them as my combo? do u know?

You should use drain-light-fire-heal-ice, or ice-drain-fire-heal-light.
