I saw a lvl 66 enchantress last night wearing armor not becoming a lvl 66 lol....and I asked where is your vanity reward? They knew nothing about it. I took them to the guy in fang...the prince and he said to them "I have nothing for you"
After you hit 66 you go to him and he gives vanity armor, right?

maybe she got it and liquidated it by mistake...

It's a vanity armor and if she's wearing wings, she can't also wear the armor. She might have already gotten it and just not be wearing it.

ORRRRRR... He/she has the vanity doesn't know how to get to the vanity screen. Before you laugh, I've met 66's who know NOTHING of the cyber quests.
