it doesnt pulling mobs which have immune to stuns/slows: mobs in elite tindirin(snakes,"scorns",trolls)/rengol(shamans)/mausoleum(some undead orcs)
but still pulling players who has immune to those things?

so it can be considered as bug and should work same against all:
- shouldnt pull players who has active razor/juggernaut/arcane shield/nekro AA and another immunes
OR
-it should pull everyone including those mobs with immunes

also about heroic venim AA - why is it worse than AA of legendary venim? (didnt check damage, but legendary makes pulling more often than heroic)

1. I dont see why it HAS to work equal on both players and mobs, i mean, why?
Not everything has to work both ways

2. Balancing, hero venim was quite easy to get and by nerfing one thing for the other balances the pet, or you have just not done enough research to know how manu time each one of them pulls on average considering the same conditions, but thats not im my knowledge.

why? because everything should have some type of counter in pvp (if dont have counter - means it will be overpowerful) and this annoying cheap pet cant be countered in pvp, making disbalance and breaking any tactics, thats why i'm asking devs to give some immune for that venim's ability, if they dont want see simple things and how many players posted it already in suggestions/general discussion - so i go to "issues and bugs" and trying consider it as bug. why not?

It doesn't affect mobs immune to push. Players aren't immune to push. Not a bug, closing. Discussion and suggestions go elsewhere.
