Loot table!!!

Can someone explain what the 'loot table'is and how it works with loot reroll. Thank you

Ahem,

The loot table is the available loot in a specific zone, or chest ~ u can see the loot table of the chest by clicking on the little 'i' button

Now, Re-Roll is basically spinning the wheel of fortune, lets say you re-roll in a map, and the game decides to give you a Common helmet from the map specific Loot table (Mentioned above)
The re-roll will spin the wheel of fortune containing all the items on the loot tableand give you the item that comes from that, ONLY IF IT IS A HIGHER RARITY Re-Rolling can NOT give you a lower rarity item.

Problem might be if the item you want is a green (rare) rarity, which would compare unfavorably to a pink (legendary) rarity...
