When yu equip this item an yu look at the charcters ispect page.if yu keep yur charctetr stand stilled nothin happens but when yu roatate yur char. a lil bit start fly out..but only when yu rotate!

No he means that when you inspect your character and move him around, little stars appear, just like the gurgox hammer set

Lol he must have wrote it on his phone or something... It harder to read then my doctor's signature when he is drunk... :)
