Best Paladin Build

hey guys i need to know what are the best stats for a paladin and what skills.. i really need to know what skill pts.. lol i just respeced a couple days back but i am prob gonna respec again idk if i did it right.. k tell me what the skills are please.

When I was running pally, I found getting just enough strength to wear my Thoth pieces (142) then putting the rest into dex to be very effective.
