I signed in but I can't join? What happened? Pls help me

It's was stuck like that for a long time. My Internet is fine

Sometimes, the server crashes a little bit, it isnt anything to do with your account, but sometimes the server crashes.

@Techquake This happens to me too sometimes. I have no idea what it is, but I find when I just let it sit there while I go grab a snack or do something around the house, by the time I'm back, it's done. It's taken up to 4-5 minutes for me sometimes, so just try to be patient. :)
This part may be wrong, but I'm not sure if connecting replaced authenticating. On the PL side, many players have trouble with the authenticating part.
If it's not that, your parents might have set up a firewall of some sorts that blocked SL and the ports it needs to access.
If any of this doesn't help, you can always just stick to emailing support(at)spacetimestudios.com replacing the (at) with an @.

when this happens to me its either due to one of three reasons.
1) Server crashed
2) Your having bad internet during that time ( it happens)
3) dont really know the reason for this but reinstall and it should do the trick.

You must have to many things running in the background, and/or have a poor connection. Kill the app, or turn of your device, and try again.

It's okay, sometimes it takes awhile to authenticate. Just wait a few minutes and you'll be able to play in no time!
