Why is war chest worth more than pirate if pirate gives 30M gold arcane weapon 🤔

The golden war chest is harder to loot (from bosses) and they can loot the level 36 mythical armors (each one of them can worth up to 10M)
While the pirate chest can loot the mythical helms (they can worth up to 2M)
