Head-officer are the second in the guild and the first in the officer,he can:
-replace master if they busy
-promote new officer
-kick officer
-remove ban guild(kicked by officers are directly banned in guild)
Recruiter can invite lvl 50++
Guildmasters always promote but if they forgot asking a promotion for be a recruiter :-)
