+ Fixed missing portals in Vardan Valley town.
+ Adjusted progression quest flow so gating is only on story quests.
+ Fixed quest log ordering for Vardan Valley quests.
+ Mogera cave spiders should advance 'Rock Silk Scavenge' for all nearby players.
+ Fixed quest hint for 'Open For Business'.
+ Level 70 pack should include Festerfang Outpost access.

the bug that did not let take the quest of vardan valley already fixed?

What does this mean?

Previously people were confused by progression being gated by a daily quest (which wouldn't show up in the 'story' section of the quest journal).
Now there's a non-daily version of that quest in that part of the progression flow which does show up in the 'story' section.

@Futumsh, thanks for the fix; Can you please do the same for 'Festerfang Relics' daily too? Currently only the player who opens the chest has chance of getting relics, so it becomes a race to open chests instead of co-operation during multiplayer runs

What does this mean?

It means if you buy the level 70 character advancement pack, Festerfang Outpost is unlocked immediately instead of having to run through to it (and everyone that previously bought it also got access added if they didn't have it).
