Problem with tapjoy offer?devs look into it?

I did everything properly,I downloaded the offer and opened it when it was downloaded.then I go back to pl before it disconnects,but i never get the plat.it was an offer I had never done before.I tried it on my other apple devices and it's still the same.

If you don't get the play with in a day, go to free plat offers and do the missing plat thing. That's basically all there is to it, STS doesn't control platinum offered through Tapjoy, so you have to talk to Tapjoy.

Do the missing plat thing, that'll get it fixed.

you have downloaded their tap joy offers from multiple devices. It is against Tapjoy's TOS. Several people have been banned by Tapjoy for doing exactly that. If it's just a few plat, my advice would be to take a hit vs. taking the chance to never have the option to earn free plat again.
