VB and Rally Cry Rework:DPS War Edition

Keep in mind numbers and % can be altered for balance. This is just a rough draft.

Vengeful Blood: Instead of 15% Damage Buff and 25% Damage Buff, 500 Raw Damage when not charged, and 1000 when charged.

Rally Cry: Increases HP Regeneration by 5% of the War's Total Str for 8 Secs.
Song of The Fallen: Rally Cry has 25% chance to counter attack on damage taken, dealing back 15% of the total damage taken to enemy. Or Rally Cry has a 75% chance to Double Attack in Pve.
Forced March: Rally Cry increases Skill Haste by 10%.
Rally Cry Mastery: Not sure if the Str boost gets added to PT also if the Rally Cry option of all PT gets Rally Cry Buff. If it does not add this option as well.

Lol u sure about that? Because before Pet HB Damage % started hitting 20% or higher how much damage you think VB was giving us? And read my first two sentences starting this thread.....

But hey if you have a better suggestion on how much damage VB should give to Wars, because atm it gives literally nothing from the Damage Attribute skill only the Str increase...I'm all ears!

Because before Pet HB Damage % started hitting 20% or higher how much damage you think VB was giving us?
Don't need explanation, even if you think that I'm playing only rogue - rogues have same problems with shadow veil

Your right I wasn't thinking about Low Lvls good point. And I'm fine with 25% Damage being the same as it is but stackable with Pet HB/Elixirs.

500 damage can one shot rogue while nekro. It's like applying rage ultimate. Instead of 500, maybe a 50 for non charge and 100 for charged but downfall for low level PvP.

In the end best to stick with Heroic Oswald for maximum VB

Ya I didn't realize it was that much damage, I thought that was the amount of damage it came to Pre 20% Damage Pets. I shouldn't have to use Heroic Oswald to use VB a War Skill, that's nonsense to me. On top of that I have never used that pet except for the last Swamp Temple Challenge. And don't plan on ever using it again. I use Heroic Sam...A pet I spent 40m on.

I feel ya. So I drop VB and use juggernaut incase if battle turn out intense.
My build is dps tank, not armor tank so probably I'm more to Jugg instead of VB
