Not seeing players as arrows on minimap

In the screenshot, i hv both my friend, 1 (bom) in pt, 1 (alovely) not, but i cant see them as blue arrows on my minimap in festerfang outpost.
E.g. my friend Alovely is just near the swamp portal but is not showing on the minimap.

Some ppl will say that the arrows disappear if u are in the arena, but i can still see ppl as arrows in the arena, not all though, some are just invisible. But even dead players in the arena have an arrow on the minimap.
My friends in the screenshot are not using spectator lix from festerfang vendor either.
So, whats up with that?
A problem with this for 'brawling in outpost' is that I can be standing in 1 corner, with my minimap on, but i cant see anybody (who is invisible on minimap) coming towards me to hit/kill me.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20191008/eb55f3239b321bd4710e23f78c244b56.jpg

Oh, so if im on red team i will see red team as arrows?
Will i then see blue team as red arrows (enemies)?

You only see your own team.
