Anyone know how much energy average needed for top 10 ?

I did the math during goblin event (counting every run as mother run and last boss spawn) it ended up to be over 2500 runs. I don't know how the hell people do it but its crazy. Requirements: no job, endless time, no sleep, tons of energy, op party. I can never run for these lb events, I need sleep and I have a job, I am up from 5am to 1am next mornin.
