1) the vanity supposed to be tradable? Why isit non-stashable and non-tradable?

1) The chest is untradeable, the vanity items inside should be tradeable if it's like previous years
2) Was a bug which is fixed if you patch

The vanities are tradable, you're looking at the bundle that contains them.
The recipe description has already been fixed if you patch.

I flagged those so they'll appear as tradable on the vendor to be less confusing, will patch it out sometime today.
