Game not working correctly(iPad and iPod) Help please

I tried playing the game yesterday and it was working ok then I clicked on daily deals in the shop area and game locked up. Waiting and went back into game, however I can't click on any NPC, use any of my powers, anything I type in chat doesn't show up, and change anything in inventory. I also lock up if I want to do any quest. I have gotten guild and friend request, I will except but won't show up in friends list or as a guild member. When log back in the game the request show back up. I have removed and reinstalled on both devices and still no luck. Anyone that can help would be great.

You might be getting some lag, so that may be the problem.

If not, contact support to have them help you.
Support(@)spacetimestudios(.)com remove the ()

Restart your phone. It´s not use then try reinstall the game.
