I use to use:
6 focus
6 evade
6 blast
1 break
6 root
1 blind
3 shat scream
1 repulse
Try this. It is for lvl 31's but you could always take a point off of root or shat scream

I'm using same build as above but points from root to break. Break 6 / root 1
