It's a gem (not jewel) which grants dmg and a super lovely aura like a heroic pet but lot beautiful.

Many players want it for aura effect. Hope STS will release it again with/without dmg effect.

para gem is the thing that makes your toon have the Super Saiyan glow....

Pretty much a vanity item u slot on gear. Nobody actually uses it for stats.
