Yesterday, I wanted to create a hardcore character to try out pvp in hardcore mode. However, there was no quest from the NPC (I am a lv71 war) and it appears that I already completed the quest(Which I'm pretty sure that I didn't do it). Is this a bug or am I missing something? Thanks!
