i havent heard of this yet. i dont think it will be january. i would wait until samhayne announces in a thread.

And the recent plan for cap releases was every 3 months. November-December-January.

Um, 3 months is November 14th to December 14th (1), to January 14th (2) to February 14th (3).
Sounds like February.
OTOH, good rumor to get prices to be more affordable. You gotta love rumor-mongers.
