google play, phone model galaxy s7, when i klik download its says ''waiting for download'' and nothing happening.. waiting 15 min then reset phone and still same problem

This sounds like a commonly reported problem with google play (nothing specific to AL). The most common solution looks like clearing the Google Play Store app's cache (and sometimes data) in settings.
