Hey guys! I went into HMV at the town centre near me and saw Skyrim The Elder Scrolls V. At first, i didnt really want the game, thought it would be repetive, but i brought it today, and i loving it! I was just thinking how many people from the forums play it. if you do, post here, and we can have this as a feedback thread for the game. Also, if anyone here have any tips or things that i might want to use in game.
so, any of you play, and if you do, what do you think about it?

Been considering this one. Heard it is amazing. Let me know your thoughts. Prefer Xbox games I can do coop story with my buddy in a different state, but am considering a solo game.

Been considering this one. Heard it is amazing. Let me know your thoughts. Prefer Xbox games I can do coop story with my buddy in a different state, but am considering a solo game.

skyrim is a vey fun game, and it is solo (singleplayer) would be so better if you could play multiplayer tho.

Seriously though, I would get it. Unfortunately it's strictly single player, but there's a certain way they pulled it off that makes it just as awesome as any other game. I haven't played quite enough to really notice any bugs, but I've heard it's supposed to have almost none. Not sure about this though. It's gotten a lot of high ratings all around too.

There are alot of bugs when doing the. Theives guild dont do anyquests but the one bynolf gives you untill you get maven blavk brias quest otherwise maven black brair wont give quest dampening spirits so you wont be nightingale :( >>----->. (knee)

Thanks for your feedback! Taken it into consideration, and I learnt if you steal anything, be careful. I was just trying stealing, and 2 NPCs came to me and killed me about 10 times, so think twice when stealing.

Only buy this game if you are on winter break for school. This game is amazing, and consumes so much time. This game is a must buy. I know on the ps3 that it will start to lag if your save file gets to large. (bug) But lets be honest, who does not love slaying a dragon?

The part about lag for ps3: I don't really like lag, and as soon as I started the game, there was lag, and It froze for at least 5 mins. The save file wasn't too large anyway.

I think there is a patch fix being worked on to fix the issue. I would look more into it though.

Im around level 7or 8 on the ps3. Has froze twice but no lag. Love the game. So whats everyones favorite class/skill to play as/level up? (And if you say archery ill give u an arrow in both knees and a pinky toe!)

This game is extremely addictive prolly the main reason i'm still lvl 36. :-) It receives all my free time that I would normally use to play sl and pl. The bugs only bother u itd you are extremely picky. Some small graphical things here and there I also play on ps3 as long as u dont use auto save it won't lag. Video game of the year one month after it came out nuff said.

Edit: also if you want an awesome forum to get good tips and hints and such skyrimforums.com is best the bethesda forums are overly moderated imo.

I'm from the race Breton, currently level 2 almost 3, and am doing quite well. Done a few quests, including quite an easy one to persuade someone to help a jester, which gave me 250 gold, and I was so pleased with this. Gold is quite hard to find, so did well with getting that much in such an easy quest.

I know the feeling...

I have a lvl 81 (all skills 100) Dark Elf and my destruction spells cost nothing. I have 15k health, MP and Stamina. My armor is about 600k but too bad the armor cap is around 600... My bow does 200k damage... Yeah I've been playing "some" Skyrim on my xbox...

I've had it since it came out, played it for a week tops then never picked it up again. It was an awesome game, it just sucked, there's a glitch that won't let me go any further in the main quest. Now I have a kid and I decided, I've got 99 problems but a glitch ain't one. :devilish:

I totally agree, I was already sold on it but the fact that you could be a werewolf had me there for the midnight release :) I'm stil a an Orc Mage in skyrim, the same as in PL:rolleyes:

Edit: Werewolves FTW! They make vampires look weak.

Currently running a level 18 Breton, Destruction / Conjugation.
Have not gotten into vampires or wherewolves yet.

Vampires in Morrowind were awesome (when the clans' missions wouldn't glitch) and the werewolf missions for Hircine were so much better than the little ones for the *spoilers* Companions :p I usually have a Dark Elf thief file and a Breton war-mage file...now with my double Destruction-Restoration enchanted Daedric armor which lets me kill everything like an epic boss ;)

I love Morrowind the most, but Skyrim is fun in it's own right :encouragement:

Skyrim is awesome..! I love it more than oblivion,cuz it has epic dragon battles and new spells... But i prefer more the oblivions enviroment... With the imperial city,guards and bla bla bla... Btw,how can i be a vampire? i enter the cave with the vampires and o dont get diseased with vimparisn...:(

Go to a vampire, take off some clothes to increase risk of infection, and yell "Come at me bro!" Eventually after the vampire punches you a few times you should be infected. You can't become a vampire if you are a lycan though there is a glitch to do it.
