So a friend came to me today asking me to check my offers.
She told me that she hasnt recieved any offers since February, which was odd given the fact that was the last time she purchased platinum.
She said to me how every time she goes to check offers, the message pops up saying that offers are currently unavailable. She lives in North Carolina in case there are other players from there reading this.
Is/Has anyone else experiencing/ed this, and if so, do you have any suggestions on how my friend can get offers to start appearing again?
