The weapon did not debuff the enemy as I damage him (tested in duel) and it did not buff caster while saw aura is active.

The Sawblade Shield 'debuff' is the aura doing damage over time, and looks like it works to me. The caster buff also appears to work fine to me.

I'm not sure what does it buff as I look at my stat, nothing is change

Jup i tested it too and didnt See any Change of buffing myself. (Stats like dmg, Armor or something similar)
Weapon description said „... and buffs caster.“
