A few Ideas about the in-game mailbox.
A guild mailbox so the leader can write announcements for the guild and there would be a notification that you have mail. A mailbox would be in every town, players could send other players mail, from friends to friends. This way players could be offline but still receive info. About 24 slots would be good and then you could charge for more.
Think about it, wouldn't it be great?
Plus, could you charge like 25 platinum for a guild name change?
