I noticed they added this feature in gh, but what about adding to towns? I would love a different perspective.

You need a rooted/jailbroken device, slightly more difficult to do it on PC.
Also I'm pretty sure STS said they wouldn't do it because maps aren't designed to be looked from that perspective.
