Is it against TOS to trade names? As in trading one name for another, NOT with gold or any item whatsoever. Just swapping names.

It is against tos, they say no Trading igns (items that can't fit in the trade window.)
This is a good subject though, you both could delete the ign and the other person takes it. Not a trade but a trade at the same time.

I know it’s not against tos to give names away. I have seen mods state this as fact. So I believe this is allowed.
