Yes. There were few exceptions in the past but now all events recipes work after

Asked because they are tradeable. (Last year crate recipes were tradeable as well and after event they became trash.) Ty.

No, you can't use them after cooldown
Can we craft Locked crates of fears after event ends?
You can craft them during the cooldown but not after.
