In the CS there are NO lvl15 WF items from this year!!
Not green not epic NONE!
I'd farm lvl15 items but i'm out of plat
And if someone gets an epic candle wand PM me;)

I'm not for sure but I don't think there are any level 15 items. I think it's every 10 levels only.

And yes, only drop in 10,20,30 etc.
