Ren'gol crates or auction house very rarely. Don't try other crates even if they say level 1 as they will only give you level 2 gear. Yes I've made that mistake at least once. Check auction house real quick each day and hope for a miracle. Took me a few years to get a bow for a reasonable price.

Oh you probably wont find one of those in market. I havent seen one in the 5 or so years ive been looking. If it has damage its so little at that level it dont even matter anyway. The best thing to do is buy any ring you can get, hopefully with your primary stat, and put weak chaos gems in it and get good awakes. You prob wont see another ring for long time especially at that price. Ive only seen a few and they are usually around 1 million.
