Could we also get an increased proc chance for pvp? Ebon staff procs more and lasts longer. Staff seems to proc once every 3 deaths.

The process too short... Longer process will be better

+1 The staff should have its proc chance increased in both PvE and PvP imo since it doesn't last very long.
