Platinum Issue

Hey guys,
I'm trying to buy platinum from my brother's iPod Touch, but when I click buy, a pop up that reads "This is not a Test User Account. Please create a new account in the Sandbox Environment. [Environment: Sandbox]"
My brother's iPod is Jailbroken, so do I need to restore it to buy platinum? Any help would be appriciated. Thank you

You can't buy platinum on another person's account. It can get you banned, my guildmate got banned for buying platinum on his wife's jailbroken ipod.
