I can't download cache files,need Help!

Hello,
I have a problem
when I try to download cache files(start with android020.pak) after installing, it isn't possible at all and I spent two days on this problem!
so is it possible that someone upload cache files ?! and if the answer is positive , can someone do it for me?!

If you can't download & install from within the games then someone uploading them isn't going to help either. I would suggest completely uninstalling, clearing delvik cache & if phone is rooted completely deleting the directory of the game.
You could try downloading the game, and move it to SD card before running, then run the game. If you're not getting all cache files then you're running out of space would be my guess.

although my net is working well this error shows itself!
I think I need only android020.pak android019.pak and android017.pak
Is it possible and legal to upload them for me?!
