House deeds

Why are some house deeds like "lodge" the name is in blue and other is in orange? Is one permanent ? Or what?

Also does it cost plat or gold to craft the deeds of houses once u open them?

1- Orange ones are the ones which looted in event.
2- Deed crafting is free.

Once opened the orange title will convert to green or blue.
