Is Endgame PvP alive?

It's not just a question rather something about realization Oo
That I can afford a set, Of course I can, with my existing items but is it worth the effort that it's mostly empty place and most of the people who would care about endgame pvp don't wanna put money / effort JUST to try it if it's something good for them.

Hi Cinco, it's a very little bit too much hammering on endgame pvp in the name of QTR guns, Enchantments and then again finally a little bit too much burden on endgame sets. PL town is still kinda same maybe but endgame pvp is downhill and look people were talking so much about it just few days back after 110 cap update but then they lost interest and just left it and this is something that can't be fixed just after players lost interest in cap update HYPE. Also those people who vouched for PvE so much that cheap gear would ruin their PvE lifestyle and would refrain from enjoying PvE are no where near to be found, I mean not literally but ya.

I think endgame PvP is less active for the fact that the most superior gear (Mythic) isn't that cheap and it wasn't that cheap either when they had hype over 110 and the hype to try new 110 pvp and then enchantments is another burden and players already had a negative perspective towards endgame PvP since the introduction of STAT guns in endgame pvp and enchantments afterward. In my perspective, since then Endgame seriously started to loose player base.

1- STAT Guns
2- Enchantments
3- Costly Mythic set
These three to blame, PVP balance is of course an issue but players can understand that, it's hard to achieve specially if developers trying to put effort on it then it's fine. :D

EDIT : Oh sorry I meant Stat guns all the time when I said QTR gun

Endgame pvp is mostly dead - it's just the same handful of people who always play.

Many players have expressed both on forums and Discord that this would happen if there were no changes to the game (making Mythic affordable, making pvp somewhat balanced, etc.) but none of these issues were ever really addressed and resolved effectively.

Why spend hundreds of millions of gold on a set when the class you main in pvp might not even be that great due to imbalance issues and when you can just play Honor for practically free (which is a lot more balanced with each class having a clear defined role) and spend your gold on looking sexy with nice vanities instead?
