recovering account after resetting tablet

I had some trouble with my android tab and my wifi. As a result I reset the device and had to reinstall PL. I hadn't register my account and PL wants to start me from scratch. Is there any way to recover my characters?

Send an email to support.

Include the name of your character, and I advise you to give them an email where they can register it to. It's the fastest and easiest way to recover your character.

Try emailing support. Include your char name, level (if you can remember) and use as much info as you can remember, because they will be able to sort your problem out quicker and easier. Support email address-
