Darkbolt proc + shattering scream?

Does the darkbolt proc stack with shattering scream? I need to know for a few pvp tests. My friends say yes but im not sure...

I havent tested it, but it should. Two seperate things. But from my experience, the darkbolt staves dont proc very often. Higher level wands that give the same proc will proc more often, I believe.

It always seemed that the gemstone wands got the proc every time.

Gemstone wand "proc" is causing drained when combined with weakness. Some wands and staffs do proc weakness, and weakness can take the place of "shattering scream" so that a bird can combo on it to create cruel blast.
