heroic gloom damage is bugged

hi

i noticed that with atk of 280, my heroic gloom only does less than 20 damages to mob, while my abaddon with atk around 270 does damage over 500 to the same mob.
the passive of heroic gloom said it has chance applying poison but i stood there for 5min and mob never got poison - or maybe i missed the aura?

can a developer or someone take a look?

i think its because of big level difference (between your gloom and mobs lvl) it does so low dmg

It does look like your heroic gloom is much lower level than your abaddon, so that's likely the difference.

Most abilities scale damage based on attacker vs defender level.
