Leather should look diffent than cloths the only one diffent is plate. Mage and bird armor looks same.

Can you specify more what you mean? Is this at a particular level or is it about vanities?

Well if you look at cloth armor and leather armor in real life, they don't look all that different. Now when compared to plate armor IRL, plate looks far different than anything.
Seems rather on par if you ask me
