+ The 2019 Frost Factory Winter Event returns (starting December 19th at 1:30pm).
+ Collect cool new vanity items from the classic quest line and special loot from the Killjoy!
+ Defeat Blizzerax (between December 19th and December 26th at 1:30pm) to earn points.
+ Collect 5k, 15k or 50k points to earn Bronze, Silver or Gold Tier... and browse prizes available from 'Gusty' in towne.
+ Ol' Golden Bones has a chance to appear between December 27th and January 1st (and drop gobs of gold)!
+ A special Pure Stat vendor will be offering LOCO PRICES on powerful weapons from December 24th 'til the 26th.

Just tried it on my alt and it works fine. I suspect you still have the quest from last year.
Abandon the quest you currently have and then get the quest again from the elf in Winter Village.

Nope I completed last years already, but i did abandon it and try and even tried hosting my own game still says each elf has already been freed. Not that deep tho no one ever wears the antlers anywayz😂

I'm looking into it. Got a few other reports and have looked at characters that have the new quest, 0/10 rescues and Elves telling them 'Thanks' (for nothing)!
